Open Public Records

This web portal will help you communicate with Pierce Transit about what documents you need.  You may even find what you're looking for without having to submit a public records request by searching documents available in the portal.

If you are unable to locate what you are looking for by clicking on the Search tab, please make a public records request.

Making a public records request:

For records relating to accidents and incidents, providing information such as the date, time, location/route, and bus number is very helpful in locating records.

For video requests of accidents/incidents, it is strongly encouraged to submit a public records request within 14 days of the incident to ensure that the video is still available.
